The restaurant is very good. Good sapcious room. The new party was out of the world so I think they can repeat the same for any other occasion of yours. Room doesn't has centralized heating facility and they give a heating pillar which is no good for winters. You gotta freeze in the room. You can visit Kufri from this Hotel and Solan as well.

Its a good resort. Nothing like that in chail. Stay here without any doubt. Bhop Ram is very good and good attentative. M.D. vishal is also very co-operative person.
A very good value for money experience. The staff is very well behaved and cooperative. The view from the room was awesome. Dinner food was very good. Could improve a bit on breakfast though. All in all a very good experience.
Ome of the best place to stay in chail. Great ambience, lovely.view from the rooms, and sunset view is magnificent.

It feels bad to have a very bad experience after a amazing one a year back, Staff was rude and toilets were not properly maintained, Lights wern't working in washrooms, Wobbling shower head, Poor room service, They will keep you shuffling between reception and pantry for simple tea kits on calls. Nobody will entertain you after 10 PM, We asked for glasses and got a rude reply "Aab sab lock kr diya humne". My suggestion would be to opt for other options in the similar price band to get the maximum out of your money.
