One of the only shops in town that has the expertise and equipment to deal with any type of issue. I own a beautiful Martin guitar, and I needed the action fixed I ran across town and I at least visited 15 shops not one shop properly understood what the problem was and had the required materials to deal with the action issue. The only shop who knew what the issue was and had the ln key that was especially used for high end martin and taylor guitars was Sound Monk. While I was in the shop waiting I had a chance to browse around and see their extensive range of guitars, violins, pianos, drums and many other instrument possible. Moreover, I had the opportunity to see their set up for music classes in all forms and I was really impressed, it looked like t would be fun to learn an instrument in such a nice atmosphere. The person who helped me was very nice and kind, and even though he had to fix it three times cause I wanted it to be a little less or more he did it with a smile on his face. He was super helpful, and delivered the guitar to my place for no additional cost. I don't usually write reviews but I was really satisfied with their amazing expertise and service. I also got to see him with some other customers who walked in the shop and it was nice to see that he treated every customer equally and with respect. Take it from a guy who has been a loyal customer of Bhargrawas Musik for the last 6 years, in a single day I have shifted my loyalty to this amazing place run by well knowledged and nice people. Just go out and check the shop and talk to the customer service guys you wont be sorry.

Was looking out for a keyboard and got some numbers,of nearby stores,from the net. I called a music store,yesterday,near KFC,Bandra,they were abrupt and hung up,called again and they didn't answer. Then I called SoundMonk,Tejas answered,he was so patient and good,compared to the previous store,called. He explained to me, the pros and cons of various instrument and also recommended, what would be best for me. He also whatsapped me pictures. My search ended there,I stopped researching any more,nor did I bother about the price and decided to go with Tejas's recommendation. Today,I went to the store and was shown the various keyboards by Tejas and his team consisting of Kishore and Sakshi. It was due to the attitude,helpfulness and professionalism of Tejas and his team,that I didn't bother to compare prices with other stores,but just went ahead,with the purchase. They were kind enough to register my product online too,for which,I got a 6 months extended,warranty,over and above what came. A very pleasant experience indeed. SoundMonk ,people like Tejas and his team are an asset to your organization.

Purchased the Alesis Nitro Mesh drum kit (special edition) Very prompt and professional service despite the restricted movement due to the current pandemic situation.
