My mother was staying in Rukmani Amar Aangan since last 2 years. It is very disheartened to say that RAA management did not support during the medical emergency. During the Initial days of Pandemic, there was lot of restrictions in RAA, but in dew course all restrictions were weakened. In spite of 1st case of COVID 19 occurred, the management was least bother to inform it and allowed all boarders to move freely inside the campus. It was very absurd that RAA had taken action for 100% COVID check after the 2 COVID case incident, but by that time my mother was infected in 19th December 20.It was very disappointed to say that RAA didn't take the responsibility or bother to admit her to hospital. All along from Ahmedabad I had to rush Kolkata for admission, even RAA management was least bother to check her health conditions. As good gesture even I had paid the January 21 charges. But after discharge from hospital, my mother was very disheartened and decided that she will never go back to RSA. The way RAA management had handle the case was not expected.But next ludicrous part is that RAA didn't return the full Security Deposit of my mother of her old age corpus.

My both parents lived here for 2 years. The place is nice, pollution free, owner is not profit minded, he ran the facility with even very few occupants. The facility is spacious, nicely landscaped, has lift for 1st floor, food is good, people serving the occupants are kind and service minded. They even have 24 hr standby ambulance for any medical emergency. If you have senior citizens and due to some reason you are not able to look after this is a place I will recommend.

Nice building and features. But no proper communication to facility from Diamond Harbour road. During monsoon, no access as project is waterlogged, also no drain system. Not safe for seniors.
