Beautiful place
I think Rabindranath Tagore and Kazi Nazrul Islam are having a very bad time. Standing near a stinky dump.
A small stretch of land that the state government has beautified to form this place, with its lights and sculptures, it is aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. However, since it is right next to a dirty 'khaal' or sewer, the stench of the neighbouring water body mars the beauty of the place, the odor making it highly displeasing to the nose.
Almost good but very dirty place
