First thing to mention is very punctual. They come on time for the site visit or for any meeting. On Time. Tried weather proof for our terrace, it was completed on time. No delay nor no last min shock about increase in the amount. Everything was perfect. Good quality Did power auditing for residence. Power auditing was our idea to understand how the load is spreading across 3 phases. It was clearly explained by them before opening the board, load was equally distributed to each phases, which took lot of time. Handled professionally.

The other aspects thats admirable about his work is - a) His ability to get done all household work including plumbing, electrical, flooring and the works is a great advantage as you don't need to run behind multiple vendors. And that works especially if you are not in the same town. b) Reliability & timeline commitment. His quality work commands a pricing commensurate to that, but is extremely reliable & his commitment to finish the work load is nothing like others who procrastinate and elongate timelines.
