The marriage hall was located near Porur bai kadai junction. Accessibility was good. Facilities in the hall can be improved.

Located in narrow Street a descent Hall for functions it can occupies only 4 cars and 70 bikes lacking in parking space, the hall can occupy appr (max) 400 - 500 peoples, ground floor is parking space, hall is located in first floor and second floor is for dining and also the mahal has lift (6 person) and backup power generator facility. The rent for mahal (today evening to tomorrow noon) around 78k to 90k and for power 13 rs per unit..
