Very rude behavior with customers. They don't answer to calls properly. They treat customers like beggars.Very much disappointed with their customer service.

My cylinder was leaking. I called the centre for more than 100 times they didn't pick up, twice they picked up, without replying they disconnected. Is this the service you are giving? Please take strict action against your staff. This is not only my problem , my neighbour also faced the same problem, and she is senior citizen staying alone. Very disappointed with your staff. Please take proper action.

Unprofessional and highly unethical behaviour. Nobody there feels accountable and answerable to someone's problem. I and my friend had made a booking for refill which they could not deliver on time. Moreover they provided the contact number of the delivery person which is blood disgust fellow who doesn't know how to talk respectfully. I regret taht i took connection from you. Indian oil should keep monitoring you guys. They don't deliver on time. They themselves don't know that on which day they deliver to a particular places. No coordination among the staff. Suggestion to others- better go for Bharat gas.
