Unnecessary visit advised and invoice created before the visit.Our initial goal was to get the system to be usable and wanted a Demo.Visit was not helpful as the Sales guy had already identified missing things.Our Society building has a completion of 2001 and we had not used the fire system till now.It was obvious that the motor would need overhauling to start with.Memo cancelled and Co did not go further with the quote/work order.I advice here to please check if the visit will have some value addition and that the charges you pay are justifiable.
