Facilities are decent. The receptionists are extremely impolite and inefficient. They take a lot of time as well to handle each customer, causing delays.

This is new branch of Suraksha Diagnostic adjacent to Gupta Cinema hall and opposite to Great Eastern.Almost all pathological tests done here.they perform their jobs very smoothly.But one thing i have to mention that it is too expensive for middle class people who have to go frequently to doctors.

Suraksha management forgets basic things. In this lockdown, they have not updated their opening and closing time. Their own latest bills/receipts have a printed time indicating that they are open. In reality, four customers including myself had to return home without service because they are closed and did not update their closing time in their own paperwork. Their helpline number is for a automated machine system which is not preferable for many. It is another reason why multiple people returned empty handed today as they cannot reach Suraksha receptionists when they need information.

Abysmal behaviour by staff, poor time management, especially by the usg section. Had to wait 3 hours before radiologist arrived, yet I was specifically told to arrive at the earliest. What is this? We all have work. You wasted my time. Shall warn others to never avail your services.
