Earlier I have visited DGVCL Rander/Adajan/Pal Office for making payment of electricity bills. Since installation of 4 kv roof top panels, electricity bills showing minus. As on date there is a sufficient minus amount and therefore I contacted them for any remedial benefits on the earnings. Necessary documents sought for have been submitted to them for doing needful action at their end. I got nice response from their office to whom I met. I have also observed that their other staff members are dealing nicely with the clients, though clients presentation was with anger. During my through out visit to above office, I have a good experience of hospitality.

Not Good We received an update that there won't be any electricity between 9am to 6pm on 12th Feb 2020 - We were so happy and excited for the same - @ 9am electric went and we were full of Joy - as we were expecting holiday on JOB - but this JOY/Happiness din't last for more and within 30 mints electricity was back and we were call back for work This is how JOY turns into SORROW :( BAD SERVICE -

Hello Friends staff is doing great job.. Responsible answer given to each customer... But it sad to see in today's conditions public not wearing Mask properly so DGVCL Staff gets infection... And I has seen we some of staff were not wearing masks

You cannot post the review by giving 0 star. DGVCL deserves 0 star. Pathetic service. They pick up call once in hundred attempts. Only cuts the power in summer season or when the weather is too hot. Really DISAPPOINTED DGVCL SUCKS.

They are government officials , they are too human , be responsible they are not god that within a minute they can resolve the issue. They need to find out line to line from where is the issue being started. Torrent is private company they just provide in small area geb provide in whole state and they lack workers because government not give job to more people. Be in their foot before commenting

Worst customer service... Communication - 3rd class Attitude - 10 out of 10 Problem solving (- 10) out of 10 They just divert the problem here to there... Only way to get your work done is be equally rude as they are
