We follow a Private Equity approach to investing in public markets, which results in concentrated positions after rigorous diligence. We also make long term investments akin to Berkshire Hathaway, i.e. providing 'permanent homes'​ to high-quality businesses with Strong and Sustainable/Durable Competitive Advantages (“Moats”); run by able and honest managers; good returns on the net tangible assets required to operate the business; opportunities for internal growth at attractive returns; and, finally, a sensible purchase price.
