Get the birth certificate from here. Starts at 10.45am. Govt has provided good infrastructure but employees are lazy. At first shot they will not respond. After making very humble request they will listen to you. Request again and still they will remain adamant on their reply. Pressurize them and the work is done at the blink of your eye. That's very shameful for public officers. As normal public without any contacts or references will be at pain. A matter of few minutes to print a birth certificate takes days and mostly week. We need a system where the performance and turn around time of all govt employees is monitored at top level. All the best !

Too much crowded when there is any document work for normal people. Service provided over here is worst. No proper answer for our question. Delay in work. Infrastructure is very old and work is slow

Potholes Everywhere In Surendranagar No Municipality Focus On Them , Road Development Work Zero , Main Matket Road Fully Traffic , Fully Corrupted & Lazy Municipality In Gujrat Work Done By Very Slow Speed Of Any Work , Like Road Construction & Over bridge Construction. Not Single Good Under Or Overbridges , What Are The Doing Surendranagar Municipality

Not Good Work in Surendranagar City Road condition is poor There are many Cows on Road Not Maintained work in surendranagar city All Government school is Good But study work is very poor , Poor Parents children study in this school Municipality staff people is very Rude All over score is Surendranagar municipality 10/1 So i was Suggest Municipality Do work And do best for Surendranagar City And aim to Convert into the Smart city Thank you
