This is rather for tarkeswar shiv temple. The pandas are irritating. The shops inside the temple are robbers you can say. Poor behaviour. The temple is dark and crowd. Beware of theft and dropping items. One of the reasons why I hate visiting religious places.

The station is very Good .The train time is also good but some changes are needed to . It is the famous place for baba vole nath temple called "shib mandir".
This station is under Eastern Railway Zone. Total 4 platform exist. Some shop install on the platform from there you can buy food. On the platform Toilet facility available. There is departure board on platform no.1. ATVM/CoTVM machine available in front of entrance gate. Also , in front of the ticket counter time table available for both UP and DOWN trains. Also , upcoming available train is announced with platform number and time schedule . Seating chair available on all platform. But some area are not covered by shade . In summer or rainy season passenger have to suffer.
Clean and buttyful station good service
It is most popular railstation of arambagh subdivision in hooghly district. To visit tarakeswar mandin you have it is the nearest station. It is not to much clean station. Railway authority should look into. But currently renovation work is progressing there. Frequently of the train should increase.
