I ordered father/son combination t-shirts and it was delivered on time. But the t-shirt size was not universal standard size. I've even cross verified the shoulder size through watsapp sales contact number since their website size chart doesn't contain shoulder size which other brands mentions in website for customers to choose right size. After receiving the t-shirt, fitting is not proper and shoulder size different than what was told in whatsapp. It was like body size with "L" and shoulders size with "XL". Design Printing quality is average and not great though. There is no return/refund option. So I had to order new tshirt from bonorganic site from which I got the perfect L size. I request the team to take corrective action.

Good tee but beware of doing business - We ordered dark gray tee with proper color code given in their color chart, however, they dispatched a different color which is charcoal gray. And one or two tee shirts have a slight different shade than others when seen in Sunlight. When we got in touch they blamed the photographs & say the pictures needs to be taken in adequate day light. Very argumentative, yet polite talk & they never admit their mistake & with the very talk we get to know they're trying to fool us & is a pure waste of time talking to them.
