The constructions of buildings is worst. The ceilings, plasters automatically falls down. No proper maintenance of the building. Only Salty Water facility available. Drinking waters are purchased by the people 40- 50 Rs for 20 litres Bottles. Many more.......

The sales guy seems least interested to show us available options for rented shops, when we were discussing about one shop ( which he showed) , he tells us MY Client is waiting . Bhumi World Industrial Park is a good model for a business man. This industrial park is near Kalyan bypass, just walking distance. Everything is very good. But there is a lot of dust and dirt around the place where construction work is going on and no cleaning staff is available for cleaning. I request the management to also pay attention here. If you stay in Mumbai, please let me tell u that if you opt to work here, there's every chance that u wid spend 4-5 hours a day commuting. This wud increase during rains. Other the complex is good, located in vadpe village in maharashtra
