Entry to this guesthouse is only to a privileged few. The guesthouse is spacious & at a distance from the Bhatsa Dam near shahpur. The entire Dam & all its chambers are visible from here, the view of the large reservoir of water surrounded by lush greenery is just like out of heaven.

Just because of serenity and location of the place and ofcourse great view of Bhatsa dam and reservoir.
The place is in the hands of nature to the utmost level. Reaching the place was quite easy by train to khardi station from Mumbai by a local train. Taking a walk down the river and seeing the damn from a far off position is mesmerising. Although one cannot enjoy During the extreme summer due to the heat but the rainy season is a blessing to this place. Having a chilled time with Friends and family is a great thing to do here. For explorers it is one of the places quite untouched by the tourists who just crowd and litter in places
Great view of Bhatsa dam.. soothing atmosphere. Rainy season is the best to visit as u can see the water gushing down the dam from the gates, which is mesmerising. Nice open space for childrens to play and also for everyone to enjoy. Feels like disconnected from the concrete world n connects you with the nature

We get a good view of bhatsa dam as it is located on the hill opposite the dam
Beautiful location but infrastructure in very bad shape. It can be improved a lot and can be a major tourist attractions, especially in monsoon. Also can have beautiful photographs and information about the dam. Also the rest house can have well facility Rooms to stay with Canteen. Location is 5 star, but facility is very poor. Single star given just for the location.
