Visited the hospital for COVID vaccination for my mother. Their preparation were good. Sitting facility for elderly patients were also there. Staff was giving personal attention to all people who have came for vaccination.

My appointment was booked for Co Vacine for today in this hospital however I got a SMS stating that the appointment has been cancelled.. If you don't want to give Vacine to the people why your hospital name is been registered in Co-WIN app More over, when we call these guys on there number no response the IVR just inform that the call is been transferred and soon some will talk to me. But at last no response from there end. Very bad service

So as instructed by government I went and registered my dad in Co-win app for vaccination and booked for the appointment for today I.e 17th March.. We were ready to leave as our appointment was booked from morning slot..before leaving I just got a message stating that the appointment has been cancelled sorry for the inconvenience.. If I am registering myself and following all the rules and regulation why not the hospital.. This is not accepted from the hospital like this..I request govement of maharashtra to look into this ASAP.. This is not right..and this is not acceptable
