Best place for rehab or pre-rehab of any injury. I had a surgery so I came across this place by a friends reference. Doctors here are highly educated, disciplined and friendly too. Physiotherapy is all about exercise so they build a awesome gym too

It’s been some time since I took a Deep Tissue Massage, which has been partly due to my training indiscipline and also various other factors. Now that I started my fitness training, I took a deep tissue massage from Kiran Khamkar, I can feel the lightness and relaxation of the muscles in just one sitting. Dr Smita Warke led - PhysioQinesis is a team of highly professional, credible doctors, trainers and massage therapists. They having been a doing a great job of treating patients with predominantly sports realted ailments in the domain of physiotherapy for the past 4 years. I have been a patient of Dr Priyanka on and off for the last few years. Recently I had been to them for low back pain due to lack of exercise and long hours of work from home. Based on my signs and symptoms I was suggested some exercises that helped me immensely after practising them for a few day. Her approach was strategic, ruled based and methodical right from diagnosing to advising the right kind of exercises. Along with the exercises I was also advised regional low back massage by an experienced massage therapist - Mr Amol Surve who saw to it that the therapy is delivered with the right pressure without any inconvenience to the patient (me). I started going to PhysioQinesis from 2018 for my core strengthening and weight loss requirement for my upcoming Everest Base camp Trek. After trying multiple gyms, I could see the difference in the training regime. I am training with Dr Heta Thakker who has Masters in Exercise Physiologist from US. Each session is very methodical, based on scientific insights. She customises the workout as per your goal, I started with core strengthening later progressed to running. I have significantly improved my 10k run and gain flexibility, muscle tone , core strength. This had given confidence and motivation to improve further. It’s amazing to see what a normal amateur running enthusiast can achieve if you have someone to look at your with a scientific perspective and is committed to my results. I reached out to PQ after visiting multiple places. Nothing seems to have worked on the root cause of my patella instability. What started during the lockdown through online classes initially and then when the regulations allowed through physical sessions I was able to understand the difference between running and running strong.
