Very nice and fast service. It is more than 4 years since I purchased car from them. They always give very good service. Charges always reasonable. I have one more car of another brand. Hence, I can feel the difference. Many people scared me about Ford and its service. But, Ford is very reliable brand and service of Satyam Ford is excellent.

Friendly and professional advisors. They will exactly advice you of what is needed to be done and what can be left for future. They try to sell u something extra but it's ok, it's their job. The overall experience with staff was good.
Ample parking space is there and the staff is friendly and helps with almost every issue with Car.
This for Satyam Ford Service Centre... Located in Manpada near Tikuji niwadi Circle. Pros:- - Very Spacious, having almost all equipments to test and correct your vechile - Many Advisors, so you will interact with BodyShop Expert or a Paint Shop or an Electronics or an Mechanics area solution provider. - Many offers on Servicing always there..you can avail to get your car serviced. - decent customer lounge having facilities like Tea, water TV etc. - Always have satisfaction survey to rate their services and feedback. - Sunday Open Cons:- 1) Very Costly services and Man Hours ie Labour charges. 2) Usually spares parts are not available causing delay in delivery 3) Spend atleast 30-45 mins for exit ie for payment gate pass etc All in all a nice place for thane people to get your car serviced and repair whenever you required it ( better then Sreeji ford ) PS: Friday they are closed

I booked on 4th October 2020, booking experience & test drive was nice. But Finally after 2 & half months of waiting my vehicle arrived but during last formalities of Finance / Loan my vehicle buying experience went literally down because they have worst finance team - Check the image in Attachment of this review for more details on worst hassle for Loan and it's not like I'm coming from poverty family and my financial situation is very bad that's why loan experience is worst - No, I work for one of Fortune 500 company in the list of Big 5 and My loan is sanctioned but still no disbursement due to worst bank officials, branch & people behind my processing of loan. And I still do not have my vehicle registered. Expect further edits, Take care until next time

Very knowledgeable and courteous staff! They don't try to push sales/ service and in fact they suggest against unnecessary spending. I have been servicing my Ford for last three years and they never gave me the chance to complain! Best part is that you are guaranteed genuine parts and they offer you guarantee on parts as well as service! No roadside garage does that!
