They are extremely unprofessional and lack sense of communication with the client. If the client is a woman they are talking to, Monish the owner, tries to show the client how dynamic their job is like she does not understand mechanics and engineering. And while trying to cover up for no communication and lack of sensitivity towards the time of the client , he sits to explain how their engineers will come anytime for servicing without an appointment. He needs to be reminded that servicing a lift for a society vis a vis that of a specific apartment, the owners of the apartment need to be informed about the engineer visit. Monish and silverline elevators think client is sitting at home to welcome his engineer who they send when their heart pleases. Everytime their engineers come, they dirty the place, they dirty the lift and go. They need to be reminded of that To those who use services of silverline - Be tough with them. If you pay for their sevices, ensure you get the best!

Last year services were all good this year itsa disaster renewing AMC with thease people Not picking calls. No clarity in AMC. Behaviour issue. Loss of communication between engineer call center and owner. Very disappointing.
