I wanted to get my spectacles done from Vision Express as I have heard a lot about them from my friends & relatives. So I visited their Korum mall outlet, which is closest to my home. And I must say, these guys are really awesome. The friendly nature of the technicians & staff was as good as I heard. In fact, when I visited their other branch at Ghodbunder Rd, they were just as good. Thank you guys!
Pathetic quality, the glass broke without anything been done to it and from the same area thrice, twice in last 15 days. Purchased in Oct 17 and the glasses have gone back to lab 5 times atleast first for irrational measurements and fr glass breakage thrice. The glass cracks down at the same point again and again , what kind of a quality is it ? The glasses have broken without any falling down or mishandling. What is the authenticity of the lenses is also questionable. It’s so much of a hassle as they take a weeks time to make it deliver the same and you need to manage without the glasses.
