They looked like cheap than others but they are very costly. They earn for pipes, they are fraudsters, Not punctual, not expert. My advise is to don't afford at least 5'' pvc pipe.. They charge rs 160/ft. But in reality, it will cost rs. 80/ft and the plumber can make a hole and set it. They just put that pipe with hands. So plumber is enough and you will save a lot. We compromised the feet digging because of their charges for 5'' pipe. So don't listen them if they say, 'we found a gravel stones /something at this feet, you must put 5'' pipe''... at that time just say okay and make it with plumber.

WORST SERVICE........we spent almost 50,000 to dig borewell in our house, the result we got was dirty water(silt). they know how to dig borewell properly, but they don't do it. the only thing they want is money, they are money minded, they dont care about anyone. - mohanraj
