It is a mini hall situated in the basement. Suitable for a gathering of 50-60 persons. It is a air-conditioned hall. There is a attached dining area, in which food can be served for about 20 people in seated arrangement. Parking of vehicles are on the road. The building is visible from the vehicles on the road. One draw back noticed is, there is no mobile connectivity in the hall since it is in the basement. So direct webcast of functions using mobile is not possible.
