Classes are always a combination of technique and cardio with instructors giving great explanations as well as helping students understand how to handle contact situations through controlled live drilling - both striking and BJJ...All levels of sparring too. Week timetable has an excellent structure so people can improve on every aspect of MMA - Muay thai, boxing, BJJ as well as strengths.
