Very responsive, cooperative, I was a delayed in making the bank transfer but they kept their patience just put in gentle and polite reminders every 4-5 days. Thank you so much . Excellent work done on my boots.

Beautiful quality of work bad service. Being such an established company they don't accept card payments nor are they clear about what payment methods can be used before they start the service. Update : I was asked to delete my review because it's not something the leather laundry liked. Speaks a lot about their service and genuineness.

My Burberry Lola bag got spoilt due to turmeric stains at a function and they suggested me to give it to the leather laundry to fix it.
