THIS DENTAL COLLEGE WAS STARTED IN 1959, WHERE DR. AMBAT RAVUNNI MENON WAS THE FIRST HEALTH MINISTER IN EMS MINISTRY.THE BUILDING WHICH WE SEE NOW IN THE SIDE OF MEDICAL COLLEGE ENTRANCE WAS BUILD IN 1962. ANOTHER BLOCK FINISHED IN 1995 AND RENOVATION IS GOING ON IN 2019. BDS (BACHELOR OF DENTAL SURGERY) COURSES WERE STARTED IN 1962 , PG IN 1966 AND PhD CENTER IN 2007.... ALTHOUGH IT WAS LONG WAITING DAYS FOR A PATIENT FOR TOOTH REPLACEMENT, FILLINGS IN EARLY 90'S NOW IN 2019 THINGS ARE FAR MORE BETTER.AT THAT TIME IF YOU WANT A FILLING YOU HAVE TO REGISTER IN THE COLLEGE AND AFTER 1 OR 2 MONTHS YOU ARE INVITED BY A POSTCARD.

Please is kind of crowded all the time. Which is expected because it's a government institution most people behave well to you the services okbut if your planning and going there for anything do take a days leave because most of the time it will be around 12 for one o'clock before you get out of the for most things. But overall I will say it's good it hygienic

This is the best in terms of the service,the care given by the doctors and the quality of treatment. As it is a government hospital you may have to stand in hours long queues.but the treatment is as good as it can get.very polite doctors and the best treatment I have received when compared with many other sophisticated private hospitals
Really the scene has changed totally . There are very good and service oriented doctors and nurses. Though there are still a few irritating and less service oriented para medical staff , the service has totally improved. i don't know what magic happened but there is total change in attitude of people here. The appointment system the consultation and all other related aspects are like a professionally managed hospital. kudos to the present management team
