My experience purchasing a car from harry ford was excellent. I worked with sujith through the entire purchase. He was fast to answer all my questions and helped out as much as he could. I was a little skeptical at first because I bought the car unseen. sujith made the car purchase easy by offering a complete walk around of the car and pointing out blemishes to make sure there were no surprises once I received the car. I would highly recommend working with sujith to purchase your next vehicle.

Have two Fords. One bought fresh from them and another used. Happy with the service of new car, but the used one out of warranty, after each routine service some issue will pop-up, in a suspicious way. Moreover, they are reluctant to sell spare over counter.

My personal experience began with my idea of thinking its time for me to buy my first vehicle and especially my dream vehicle since a decade. My brother in law calls his friend a representative KABEER and from the moment, it is an exciting and controlled journey. I have never driven a full automatic vehicle though am skilled and with a license. So the moment the new Titanium version of Ford Ecosport was brought to my home for test drive I was reluctant. But Kabeer insisted I can test drive it. That confidence made me spot book the vehicle and finally now I drive it around beautifully in my beautiful city. There was a real delay in delivery because of worldwide impacts like plants shutdown lack of labor etc. Since I was Ford brand ambassador already I asked Kabeer to just keep me personally updated of my vehicle status trusting the brand and its value. All I could say is, all my wait was worthy. Now a pride Ford family member I am through Harry Ford, a real nice place and courteous people to serve you anytime. They do it with pleasure. I am thankful. All the best team at Harry Ford.

I had a very bad experianc with harry ford thiruvananthapuram. I am having a echo sport vehicle on 2019 my car got a rat entry and they took 2 months to clear that issue.. Rat entered every portion of my car roof dash dicky every where freely... Main maintenance work carried out was putting the car in sun for a month. And it cost me more than 35000 Rs too. Again in 2020 another rat entry occored and car had a starting issue(car was only garaged for 8 days) They could not trace where actual fault was so they replaced 3 set s of wirings .At last the car was alive on 2021. It took more than 3 months and cost Rs 70000/- Any waylays at last i got the car back with rattiling noice, broken clipsin at dash and lots of new hols in car so now I am now afraid of SNAKE ENTRY. I am totally disappointed with how Harry Ford cared their customer's. In my experians I got poor cooperation from the staff. I got a feed back call and I complained about this issue but after that I didn't get any response at all... I think its better to maintain cars at local service centres.

Thanks to Anoop who came with the vehicle for the test drive ; he provided me with every information that I needed and was very professional. Very well done Anoop . Doubtful whether this was the right vehicle for a test drive ! The gear shifting was very rough and there was a vibrating noise with a jerk while moving the vehicle from a stationary position . Would suggest to despatch a well maintained vehicle for test drives ! Thank you
