I brought one number of Napkin incinerator for 16k from these people for Malabar Hospital Eranhipalam and while buying they promised that they are they are having service personnel in kozhicode. Now after having a complaint they are not even responding to my calls. Please dont get cheated. Anyway am going to give a case against them in Consumer Court.

This company has no technical know how of the products they market or manufacture. I bought an incinerator for Rs.18K which hardly worked for a couple of weeks. Initially service calls were attended to and they pretended to do something or the other. Slowly they stopped even attending service calls. Any manufacturing defect they will try to blame on rain water ingress, over-voltage, lightening and put the blame back on weather or the customer. Never ever will think of buying anything from them.
