The service was prompt even though it required a lot of paperwork. On top of that three customers were bullying the employee for a better rate that they had been quoted earlier. The employee remained calm and courteous throughout. When they started calling other businesses for better rates, I demanded that I danded service while they chatted on the phone. The employee obliged, and I was able to get out without wasting time.
