Best homely food to have at your desired places. Daily changing menu , no compromise in quality of food. Quality is sufficient

Very unresponsive, unreliable and unfriendly service. Though the quality of food is good, their delivery is erratic and undependable. I did a mistake of ordering their 20-meal (20 days) package, and was never informed that food will not be provided on holidays such as Good Friday. How am I expected to assume this if they do not proactively inform me? Twice, on working days, food was not delivered on time and I had to call them to inquire. If I had not called, I would not have received the meals! I will strongly discourage anyone from using their service.

you guys are cheating individual Customers!! Your website is a sham and how customers spend time searching for tiffin meals on line and when called your Helplne no was refused as INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS are not serviced any more, Besides while I was trying to explain I have made a payment and why is it that it was stated in the site it was informed " we are call centre and we dont know all this and tiffin will not be delivered " and the phone was hung up while i was speaking!! Shame on You and I will surely ensure how the first experience has been and that this website is Nothing but A SHAM!!!!!!!!!!!
