Very poor service. Not proper responsive. Complained on 19th April 2021 to change the germkill kit. Today's date is 25th April 2021. No one has come till date. We have been struggling for water in this summer season by buying 25 litre Can water temporarily at nearby stores. Today I have raised a complaint to the customer care and escalation officer. I will strongly recommend my friends and relatives circle to avoid buying of their products.

Okay service! This is the only place where Pureit supplies are available! They are very late! They take 2-3days to check on! 2-3 days is too much without water! Can do better! Being this exclusive!
