I got a wonderful exposure about banana value addition from this kp enterprise..I really enjoyed a lot in banana jam making and pickle making and most enjoying in tasting jam..From this training I learn more about different banana varieties which is suitable for jam and pickle making and also which variety is best for baby foods..Fibre extraction session is most enjoyable one..I learned the content of pseudostem .....Sir told about marketing and that Marketing session is very interesting and I scared this much problem is there..and also think how to overcome that.. I bought ellurandai, vazhaipoo pickle... Vazhai poo pickle is excellent. The product and packing are perfect. Ellurandai is also very tasty. But the sweetness is a little bit more for my taste preference. I really appreciate both the products
