Absolutely UNRELIABLE! I spoke to Mr. Gogia over a call for a requirement of 300 to 500 screen printed round neck tshirts on a monthly basis. I requested for a few samples before placing the final order. I was asked to send Rs 3000 & in return promised one tshirt of each size with our print as a sample to check the quality. I sent the money immediately as requested. However, I just received 1 small, 2 medium V neck(NOT ROUND) tshirts with a horrible print with cracks on it. I reported it to Mr. Gogia immediately & he said he will send another sample as soon as possible. How can they expect business if the samples sent itself are wrong & defected? I was then promised new samples within 2 days. I followed up in a week & was told Tirupur was shut for 3 days so there will be a small delay by a day. I followed up again after 12 days as I didn't receive any sample & I was just promised a call back which never happened. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS MANUFACTURER! I've attached the screenshot of the samples sent to me that didn't look like a sample at all..
