This weekend escape is good for people who have an appetite for trekking or hiking. The initial part of the trek is steep and can be somewhat difficult for the people who do not have much experience. But wait.! Once you climb and reach the spot, it will all be worth it. After the initial climb, there are stairs at every turn that take you to the top of the fort. There is no proper route/way that will guide you to the hill top. When we went there were 2 dogs who were leading everyone to the correct path and all they wanted is a small treat (a gentle pat & a biscuit pack will do the job). The view from top is simply amazing. There's a small pond which also has fishes in it. You will have plenty to capture on your cameras. Again, while you get down, it will be not be a very smooth task. You will burn all the extra calories you had kept in abundance. REMEMBER: Do take your water bottles, eatables(but don't litter) and DO NOT step out of your house without proper shoes! Shoes are the ones that are going to take you all along up and down safely.

Hike level: Moderate Vehicles can be parked in the village. A good place to visit on weekend if you are looking for some fresh air and beautiful landscape. Perfect place for one day trekking.

Good hill to hike. Moderate in difficulty level. Good view from the top. It takes about 3-4 hours to climb up and down. We could hike with 3 year old to 65year old. Not too crowded. Don't have any washroom or drinking water on the hill. As the hill is quite big it gives us enough space to sit and spend time by our selves.

Definitely must visit for adrenaline junkie. 2hrs climb is totally worth it for the view. Path could be slippery when wet so be careful. A man made wonder on the top of the hill. Highly recommended.

An ancient seven fold fort. Offers a panoramic view in all directions. You can trek the whole fort with due caution. It has a ruined temple. You can see a round kids pool near the big pool atop the hill fort. It has a canopied stone structured shelter probably used by royal women as a changing room. You can see an inscription on a corner stone on the fort wall. Likewise you can see a long snake emblem carved on the stone next to it. It's purely a nature lovers delight. So don't expect any amenities whatsoever. Though at the foot of the hill you can find a village corner store. Venture with a pack lunch and drinking water for a thorough hiking. Public transport is available but can't be relied upon.

It's an awesome experience. Best place to hangout for a day. It's an easy level of trekking. Can spend 5hours over there . View in the top is mind blowing. You can get a view of all the hills around there. If you have vehicles you can park in the village and can move. You will get a small pond near to top. No entry fee to go.
