We ordered furniture for our cafe in Abu Dhabi. We really liked the finish and services of Rajtai. Starting importing from another Country was not our intent. But when we searched on Google, we got to know about Rajtai. We liked the website. But we were not sure whether they could export and I had also read some negative feedback regarding service and quality. So we contacted them. They were very prompt and explained the feedback. Mostly they have all of our required products with them. They took care of all the shipment and paperwork. We just ordered with them and nothing. They provided door delivery. Thanks!!

Please never order anything from this company. It is a fraud company doesn't even have a landline or a number you can call to. I made a purchase and still haven't received my order after 2 months now. Endless whatsapp chats with no reply. Somehow managed to get a refund after 2 months. The company is making fool out of customers with zero experience of customer regard. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO AVOID PURCHASE FROM HERE!!!!

Very poor service for individual retail customers.. don't give a damn about the issues faced by individuals... Despite providing feedback and raising multiple requests, nothing was done to address any issues... Entire money down the drain... Very poor service... not buying anything from Raj tai Shree anymore.

I ordered bar stools and a table from Rajtai. While getting the design specifications right was a plus there was a significant delay in delivery and numerous follow ups to ensure completion of the job. The end product itself did not match my expectations. Low quality material used, welding at joints and fitting was very average. I got my furniture with paint chipped in multiple places, broken foot rest and the wood not resting properly on the seat. I wish after all the assurances provided someone could have done a quality check because the ordered product was not cheap. Was planning on making a larger order but will hesitate to do that now.
