Why the hell I didn't find this place sooner? The quality of service they provide is better than anyone I have ever seen in Delhi and believe me I have been to a lot of places and most of them are money minting places but this place doesnt care about money but customer satisfaction. I have never been to a place where they wash absorbant towels with such care after each use, just so each dog can use fresh towel! Moreover, owner is super chill to talk to, you'll find out soon, how much of a pet lover he is and how much he cares about them. Would give them more than 5 stars but Google doesn't allow so.

She looks tidy now and smells so fresh.She looks good with her hair trimmed!She looks pretty after shampoo.Thanks a lot for your services.My main concern was to take her on my own but you resolved that problem also.I am really grateful to you and your helpers for providing such a great service.I can always depend on URBAN TAILS for awesome experience.

I went for my baby's deluxe grooming pkg!! I was very impressed with way the staff handled her with ease and comfort. Her haircutting was done best!! They took a lot of time so it was so worth the efforts and money. The paw massage should have been longer but the other services were satisfactory. Will highly recommend them for future too.. Just a suggestion-need ro maintain the cleanliness time to time as after the haircut there were hair flying everywhere and after her shampoo/blowdry the dirty hair around were sticking to her.so mayb one person can mop And clean the area same time. I would though certainly visit again!! Thx!! Nalini
Amazing treatments and they are so lovely to the dogs! You can tell they really love the dogs and want them to feel comfortable and happy!!!!
