Fixed price and well managed. If you are in a group of say 10 or more you may get much better deal. They also plan day-out trip to the island with fishing and lunch at fisher mens' village. In addition Utorda beach is much better beach compared to many north Goa beaches. Jojen Adventure water sports is located almost end of Utorda beach just behind Planet Hollywood hotel.
