Tauhid is a con man. He spoken to me very politely like a true sales man when I connected with him via Amazon. He lured me with special discounts to make direct purchase. After 3 months my shaggy carpet is leaving immense amount of thread everyday. We collect handful of loose threads everyday. I have been trying to reach the seller for exchange/refund for over a month now but he refuses to take any calls. I have been cheated with very inferior product.
