They even do not like for 1 star but Google review has limit. Better buy online or purchase from another shop. If you buy online definitely you will get 30-60% benefit. Behaviour of begger is better than their staff. I humble request to all of you buy online or purchase from another shop.

This is the worst shop for watches in Baroda city. I have never seen such a poor service by any shop in India ever. They do not have sense of how to behave with a customer. What surprises me is that FastTrack ( Titan) also has no control over the shop. The owner himself says that he is a middleman and does not provide any services. I went with a letter from FastTrack asking Dalson to provide solution for my problem, then also he denied ruthlessly. All the watch companies selling their product to this shop should stop selling him and all Barodians should abandon this shop permanently. It was ridiculous to see their behavior. Please never ever ever go to this shop.

Very poor service. While giving watch for service it was cleared by them about the charges and during delivery they charged double, no one was clear abt the double charges and very misguiding, when contacted the owner he also was not in position to answer. It is my request to all while going for any repairs or service please take in writing from them. Hopeless staff and owner response to customers.

Very pathetic experience, they took advance for wall clock which is not available their stock Rs.2800 and then neither deliver the watch nor refunded money. every time when I visit their shop they have slandered answer. watch is transport will call you we receive.. Finally I gave up 2800.. this incidence happed 1 month back.. yet not receive a call from them. Cash memo no 3138 dated 3-10-2020 Cheaters! If I am wrong then owner may reply.
