Lack of security in their VRF system, we spend around 12-15lakh and receive insecure machines. On other hand a simple 0.5ton split AC will be more secure in terms of failure. Lack of service due to their internal bad management. At a time of getting order, they promises to resolve any issue within 2-3 days, whether a small or major fault or any replacement of part, now after spending more then a week, they propose another 15 days. DON'T BUT FROM MITSUBISHI, ESPECIALLY VRF SYSTEMS. IF BUY THEN PREPARE TO STOP YOUR BUSINESS (OFFICE/INDUSTRY/PLANT) FOR 2-3 WEEKS. JUST IMAGINE A LOSS TO BE INCURRED DUE TO SHUT DOWN OF YOUR PLANT/FACTORY DUE TO DELAYED SERVICE AND RESPONSE FROM MITSUBISHI.
