Worst customer service by the OWNER Sonia. Waste of money and time. Was recommended sculpting for long nails as it was more expensive BUT didn't mind as it was for my proposal. Two nails came off in 2/4 days and the rest were half off as well. Was blamed that I had broken them on purpose and that nails grow in like a week so it's normal. Ruined my proposal photos. Went for removal in 10 days and the owner was rude saying that it was my fault and that I have to pay for it. Money isn't an issue for us as long as we get the service (we spent 15,000 that day so not an issue). I would have paid for the removal if it had lasted for my proposal at least (5 days). Don't recommend wrong things and if you're at fault then own up to it and at least help out a little instead of being ignorant. P.S: we called the owner and sent a picture (shown below) of the nail as soon as it came off.

I went there with my sister and mom. Me and my mom got acrylic extensions done and my sister got sculpting done. Her nails didn't even last for 3 days and one of the nail broke and on the other day the other nail broke. And when we went there and talked about this the owner was very rude. And they were the one to recommend sculpting and gave guarantee of a month. Talking of my nails the gel polish started coming out from the edges in 2 days. Really disappointed with the service and the behaviour of owner. Nor will go to this salon again neither will recommend it to anyone.

Its was amazing foot reflexo massage from Gill. Best pain relief treatment for us. And very nice pedicure jelly done by him as well. Thank you so much for the very best service.

Worst service Permanent gel extensions only lasted for 12 days Every other salons provide 30 days lasting validation Even the receptionist isn’t well mannered to attend

Hi My name is Mansi Prajapati, on 6th of March I went to Nailed it to get mani and pedi both. First of all the staff was not there, I waited for more than an hour after that when the service started it was very pathetic. It gave me a huge scars on both the hands. I am sure they gonna stay for lifetime.My skin just peeled off. It was very pathetic, very bad service. Though their nail services are good but other than that everything was way bad than anyone could possibly thought.

Very very unprofessional. They don’t take any appointments and when you go there, they don’t pay attention to what customer is talking. If you don’t value customer, you are going down my friend. Always a disappointment. Bad bad.
