Their private E. M. I. schemes are scams to get more money i asked for activa 6g, 15k dp still he costed me 1lac 10k (totall emi with cost) for the bike i didnt get how he calculated on 11% that much

One of the worst customer service experience from Aditya Honda Vasai, on after sales service. If there is an option I could have have -5 star rating , Current I'm at Aditya Honda Vasai and writing this review , I will tell you 2 points . 1) There is a Customer Belongings Area where customers can't keep there belongings, I hope that is only for staffs if we ask to keep something they will say No we can't kep here you have to carry your own , even staffs are keeping their helmets and some registers are in the shelf. 2 ) Customer Lounge :- This area is restricted to customers. Only customers can go in if you wants to make the payment, otherwise you need to stand the whole time untill your service done. Even now it's heavily raining and they ask the customer to sit outside. If we ask also can we sit inside their replay will be no it's restricted. My question is then why you guys keep Customer Lounge in service center , the securities are like very arrogant and they act like they are the owners. Is that the kind of service that we are expecting from a brand Honda ????... At the time of purchase they will give you a 5 start treatment but what about the after sales service ?? The service receptionist security guard dosent have mask also. ...

Worst customer experience ever. They tell you that you will get free service when you buy the vehicle but they charge you 120 rupees every time as charges for consumables i.e water and soap

Very helpful good service treat customers with lots of respect. Good service technicians and fast job carried out for servicing my scooter. Sales people especially Nishi was very helpfull. Keep this high standards.
