They pick up the calls even at 9 AM in the morning, they arrange for video calls and whatsapp chats immediately to help diagnose the problems, and then provide relevant and helpful resolutions. I had ordered Classico Coffee capsules from Coffeeza last week and glad to say I'm really really happy with the quality of the coffee. Its just the perfect blend for a cup of cafe style coffee at home ! Highly recommended.

Not even close to comparing with Nespresso. Awful tastes. Unlike nespresso they use plastic pods instead of the aluminium pods, there is a horrible after taste due to this and also it is extremely harmful for the environment. Coming to the taste, I ordered a pack of 3 contact hazelnut, chocolate and the regular intenso. The only one that was half decent was the Intenso variant. Neither do they taste like the flavour they claim to be nor do they taste like coffee. If you are a Nespresso user/drinker skip this you won’t be satisfied.

I recently purchased the coffee of intensity 9/10. In a word, it was AMAZING. It says it is perfect for machines, well, I would say, it is perfect otherwise too. Your house is going be full of the fragrance of its brew. Rich with flavours, it is a worthy buy. Try it out and it won't let you down.

Bought this machine few days back and we all absolutely love it it’s used every day many times. We used the frothed to begin with, but have found the coffee also tastes really really good. It’s beautiful. I’ve also been using Coffeeza compatible capsules which I’ve found to be really good. If you’re thinking of buying one you won’t be let down. It’s so easy in every way and holds on the consistency every-time I brew.
