I went to the store to discuss about my current bill issues. I was very disappointed because of the attitude of the executive attended me, his name was AKHIL. He was sitting like sleeping in the chair and talking to me, I felt very ignorant there.

My worst experience till date with a network provider. They might as well close this branch down, because you go to them with any complaint they are unable to assist. They have only one response “Can you please go to Palarivattom branch”. Absolute disregard for senior citizens, and blatantly arrogant responses from the staff. Suggest you port out your VI network sim to any other provider.

Very poor customer relation. When we visited with family infront of us an employee of Vi quarelling with another customer, who visiting the outlet for 3days to clear the connectivity issue. And the same urragent nature showing to us also.
