Dear Customers, I would recommend don't go by schemes of Lucky Nissan. They are just to lure you to purchase the car. As per their internal scheme, I was informed by the salesmen that I would be given an exchange bonus of Rs.50,000 within 2 months from the date of purchase. I purchased "Nissan Sunny" with this showroom on 14th November 2013. It is close to 6 months now, they have been trying to postpone their commitment quoting some or other reasons. I am happy with the vehicle performance, but the service levels are atrocious. One of the worst experiences in terms of commitment. Please don't believe in such false promises. Please ask for a written document to ensure you safeguard yourselves & can proceed legally in case they fail to honor your commitment.

This particular outlet is a nightmare for the customers. They take extended periods (20 days) for repairing the cars and also illegally collect extra amount on debit and credit cards from the customers which they are supposed to pay the banks. The managers have no sense of dealing with the car owner's and there is absolutely no follow up on the complaints or feedback.
Good dealer. Sales,service available. showroom ambience is good.
