I have called them regarding the rescue about a wounded cat from Kurmanapalam. It is little bit far from the center but not impossible to get. There were no other centers available at that time. Even after knowing the condition after 20 missing calls, there was no response. Simply declined for help. There reasons were "you can find something near, it is too problematic for is to come that far." Regardless the response I have requested them to contact any care center if they knew near me, she said she doesn't know anything and can't help with it and cit the call.This is not what I exoect from from a rescue center which is supposed to reach everyone out there for help. I'm really disappointed in this. Hope you can better change.

They don't come to place where we say the effected animal is be it what condition it is they ask us to to get it to their location which is nit good in a way when an animal is hurt or injured

Dog died because of no response from these rescue centres. Called many times no response not even once, They should close or said in their website clearly we don't help when it is emergency!!!

They were irresponsible in picking up the phones and lacked activeness when called up for an urgent situation and instead of suggesting a solution or confronting to the fact that there is no solution, they decided to deny for help and cleared their paths of needy.. i Dont consider them helping
