I have taken brand new isuzu mu-x 3.0L from Jhabakh auto private limited from Vizag at the date of 11-03-2020. At complete of 80km ride their was a issue starting problem then I was call to the toll free no at the. time of 4:00 pm and the service people was come Spot at the time of 6:15 pm and till they did not find the problem now time was 12:42 what is going on i did not understand and ask them they told me they took the vechile at morning and left the vechile "now we have running 4th day" still their was no solution I was talked with u r sales manager and srivece manger also but they did not get me right answer " so I want to take legal action " has a consumer I have my right to rise a complte against (Jhabakh auto private limited) Now we have completed 8days but still no response from JHABAKH AUTO PRIVATE LIMITED and they have also try to cheating me and my family as Coustmer I have suffer from u so I want to take legal action above u company
