1.Overpriced. 2. No liasoning with RTO & you yourself have to bear the brunt of "sarkari babu" attitude at RTO. I was there in queue for 5 hours straight. 3. They will hardly give you vehicle control, even at the end of schedule and would play every tactic to make you extend the program and pay more. Over-rated and not value for money.
