Good enough. But need more cleans and usability. 1. No proper toilet, specially no for ladies. 2. No proper direction to ticket counters. It will be a lot of trouble for new comers. 3. No proper way to go bus stand. Only one narrow lane is there to go bus stand. 4. Very much unclear and unhealthy. Lots of negatives, but we are developing country. We have to be very sincere and positive also. We have also some responsibilitIes, we have to focus on those. everything will be fine. We are more than enough to maintain our railway stations.

Atah:

Like any other local station. Nothing that special. Try to locate the Monkey sculpture (see pics) in the station. A good point is- it is in waking distance from Bally flyover which is accessable by buses on Belgharia expressways.

Important station in howrah line, chord and main burdwan trains are available, ticket counter is hardly accessible, narrow road to reach the station...

The chord line Bally station is a little far from its main line counterpart.It consists of platform no. 4(for down chord locals) and 5(for up trains).An extra track goes by platform no. 4.No big shop or vendor stall are there on both platform.Bally halt station is very close to platform no 5,less than 1 minute of walking distance.

Junction of main line and chord line. From this station these 2 lines will get seperated. Every Monday evening, market will be placed between 3 to 7 for clothes and other misc items at a very cheap rate.

Frequency of train is low.. usually untrendy crowd.. but one can reach Bardhaman via this route a lot faster than the main line..
