They force for bye gas stove. To get a new connection they told its need Rs. 7100/- for double cylinder. But in reality without stove it's approx Rs. 3595/- for double cylinder and Rs 2145/- for single cylinder. Also they not process when you online apply for a new connection. They give you a form to fill up for offline. You can see the new connection tariff from indane oil official website.

Wrost service.i am gass booking confirmation by 2/10/2020.and 4/10/2020get a sms.your gass booking are cancelled..bcz 3times returned..but..no one delivery boy came my house.when I complain at office..they are told automatically generated...sms...please re booking...is this service??per month this issue created...

Dear Distributor, today I have wasted my valuable 2 hours to meet with you after declaring to your staff (one of your front office staff contact with you and giving you the information that a distributor is waiting to meet with you)that I myself is an Indane LPG distributor. This is totally disappointing to me. Be punctual to everyone.

My husband get a connection from gas and novelties and experience was horrible 1,they charge (85001500) for new connection but they was not give price break up earlier,it only given after you get a connection,and you all see that you already got some items which you don't required, 2,staff behaviour really disappointed, 3, i went there for my duplicate customer details copy but they denies and say they sholud not give duplicate papers if you lost,is not that such thing horrible where you rwady to give extra charges to get dupludupl paper, Lots of things are there to complain but I think this three points are enough ,

They take extra price from customers for new connection.. Where the exact price is 1500 they take approx 5000 with a gas oven...
